For several months, I have been requesting information from Hi Def Lifestyle and the customer service personnel has been exceptional. Dylan Thomas has promptly answered my e-mails regarding prices and his opinions on selecting components is appreciated. I am looking forward to doing busness with this company very soon.I know the products I will purchase will be coming from an authorized electronics dealer.

I ordered a DirecTV HD-DVR from Hidef Lifestyle. It arrived quickly, had a great price, and shipping was free. Okay, so these guys sound pretty legit, you might say. You'd be right, but what really separates these guys from everyone else is what happened months after it arrived. My DVR had problems, but I tried to work around them. The little door on the front snapped off the first time I opened it. No big deal, a piece of tape held it closed. Then the unit stopped receiving IR remote signals. Fine, I'll set the remote to RF. Then, several months after my purchase, the unit would reboot every two minutes, search for satellites, then reboot again...and again...and again...forever. Obviously I had gotten a lemon. I e-mailed Hidef Lifestyle and told them about my rebooting issues. They responded THE SAME DAY with an e-mail saying that they were sending out a replacement the next work day. I was expecting to talk to an offshore call center and to have to wait hours on hold before being informed that I had a 90 day warranty that expired yesterday. Nope. Not even close. Just a friendly e-mail appologizing for my troubles and a new unit on the way. Now that is service. Thank you Hidef Lifestyle. You guys rock! I blame the lemon on DirecTV. I thank Hidef Lifestyle for backing the products they sell better than I could ever have hoped.

I ordered a 58" Panasonic HDTV on Monday 9/29 and it was delivered on Friday afternoon of the same week. The on-line tracking with Estes Trucking was prompt and accurate. The delivery man was very helpful and the entire experience was flawless. I could not be happier with either HIDEF Lifestyles and the shipper.
