Job Description

HiDEF Lifestyle's sister company Black Edition Motorsports is looking for a qualified, energetic, candidate to assist in our Car Audio Installation Department. Ideal candidate will be tech savvy with knowledge of basic hand and power tools. Are you the friend that hooks up all your friend and families stereos and TV's? Responsibilities include:

  • Install the latest in Car Audio, Video and accessories. Show off your attention to detail and fabrication skills on all types of vehicles.
  • Learn about the newest products and trends in the industry from the leading manufacturers.
  • 12v car audio installation.
  • MECP certified a plus.
  • Custom fabrication a plus but not necessary.
  • Assist with and perform installation tasks
  • Keep work area neat, clean and hazard-free
  • Keep work vehicles clean, organized, and stocked accordingly
  • Assist in keeping stock room filled and organized
  • Will work in other areas as needed for cross training and/or workload.
  • Other related duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Valid and current driver’s license

    Competencies: Proficiency using;

    • Operate computer
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and balancing computations.

    Physical Abilities:

    • Pricing: Create and input new items, prices, line pricing, and price changes for existing product into various software interfaces (NetSuite, Seller Central, Feed Manager)
    • Analyze promotional / new item sales for past months using current tools and margin system, while simultaneously looking for ways to help improve overall product alignment and categorization.
    • Reporting: Create and present to management, monthly margin analysis report(s)
    • Support, process, communicate and execute all vendor and internally generated promotions from acquisition, to entry, to vendor trailing credit recoveries.
    • Maintain monthly and quarterly product, pricing, margin reports
    • Assist in inventory management and pricing recommendations
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.
    • Build and Manage Web Team while working with other divisions
