Question: Will I be charged sales tax when I purchase from HiDEF Lifestyle?
Answer: Due to changes by the US senate sales tax will be charged on all online sales that HiDEF has a nexus available in from June 1st 2018 forward.
Question: How much is shipping?
Answer: To calculate shipping simply add an item to you shopping cart and use the calculate shipping button to see your options and cost.
Question: If I pre-order a product when is my credit card charged?
Answer: We will not charge your credit card until the product is in stock and available for shipment. By pre-ordering you assure your place in line as we fill all orders on a first come first served basis. You are always free to cancel your pre-order anytime before shipment.

Answer: Our founders opened HiDEF Lifestyle in 2004 with over 20 years of experience in the retail and wholesale industry. They were unsatisfied with the lack of customer service provided by the "big box" resellers and decided to create a company based 100% on providing nothing but the absolute best customer experience to everyone period. We're growing at staggering rates and want to continue growing only based on our valued customers telling their friends and family on the excellent experience they had with HiDEF Lifestyle.
Question: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Answer: 98% of our in stock order ship same day if ordered before 3PM E.S.T. We have warehouse locations throughout the country which allows us to have most orders delivered typically in 1-3 days with standard FedEx ground service. Television sets are shipped using freight companies to assure complete care. Freight deliveries can take from 1-5 days depending on your location.
Question: How do you ship Television sets?
Answer: We ship all televisions 30 inches and above by way of freight. This allows for more care and accurate delivery scheduling of your set.
Question: What if my order is damaged during shipping?
Answer: Inspect the box for outside damage before signing for your delivery, you should not accept any delivery without noting damages that may have happened in transit to you. If you notice damage to the box inspect the contents in front of the driver. If you notice any damage to the contents refuse it and we will immediately have a new one product shipped to you. If you choose to accept the shipment, please note any flaws in the product noticeable on the shipping receipt you sign.
Question: Are the products you sell new?
Answer: Everything we sell at HiDEF Lifestyle is brand new, unopened and fully warranted by the manufacturer.

Answer: HiDEF Lifestyle stands behind every product and every customer we have. We will never sell an item purchased from unauthorized sources and will make sure that every time you purchase an item from us, you're completely covered, now, and later.
